How To Download Patterns

1. Download the free Adobe Flash Player program (Adobe Flash Player Download Center - http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/). Place the Adobe Flash Player program icon on your desktop for easy access OR make a note of where the reader is located (i.e.: program files, etc.)

2. Place your pattern order through our secure shopping cart.

3. Open your email and open the "Fiber Images - RECEIPT" file and follow the directions at the bottom under “Special Instructions”. This will tell you where to download the file, your email address, and the download password. You can click on the deliver link and the "Product Delivery" page will open in a new window. You can then copy and paste your email and password from your Fiber Images - RECEIPT email into the other window.

4. On the "Product Delivery" page, click the “download” button. When you click the “download” button, you will be asked if you want to save the file to disc or open it directly. Choose to save it to disc and browse to where you would like to save it (ie: “Documents and Settings” or the directory/file of your choice).

5. On your desktop, click the Adobe Flash Player icon to open the program. In the upper left hand corner, select “File” “Open” then find the downloaded file (ie: “Documents and Settings”, "My Documents", or the directory/file where you saved the download - under file types, select All Formats *.* to find the Flash Player document) and select the downloaded file and the click on the open button.

6. Print the pattern - the print icon is in the upper right hand corner.
